Our fee structure is very simple and All-Inclusive. If you are rate shopping, be sure to get all of the fees, so you don’t have any surprises at the closing table.
In our service area, it is customary for the seller to pay the fees shown here, but all items on a contract are negotiable. We will charge the fees to the Buyer or Seller as indicated on your purchase and sale agreement.

Includes Closing Fee, Document Preparation, Wire Fees (2), and Overnight/Courier Fees (2).
